Gather a few documents ahead of time and your application will move through approval faster. Here is what we'll ask for.

Proof of incomeA job letter, contract, or proof of income (or valid work permit) with 2 months' pay slips. Self employed applicants provide proof of occupation and the last 2 years' Audited Financial Statements.
IdentificationA valid passport plus one other photo ID, such as a driver's licence, Social Security Card, Medical Benefits Card, or Voter's ID. A birth certificate is needed if the passport is lost or expired.
Verification of addressA utility bill no more than 3 months old. If it is in someone else's name, include a confirming letter and a copy of their ID.
Security for larger loansLoans above $10,000 require security. Land used as collateral must be valued at over 120% of the loan amount. A 0.5% admin fee applies.
If this applies to you Non Nationals A valid Police Record and an immigration time extension stamp.
If this applies to you Self Employed Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation (if available), and Audited Financials for the last 2 years.
