Certificate of IncorporationYour business must be incorporated. A company that is registered but not incorporated is not eligible to borrow.
Corporate documentationFull company records, including incorporation documents and details of directors or authorized signatories.
Audited financial statementsRecent audited financials that show the financial position of the business.
Business projectionsProjections that outline how the financing will be used and repaid. A 0.5% admin fee applies.
Also required Director Identification Valid photo ID and proof of address for the directors or authorized signatories.
