IT Officer

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Technology/Systems function with focus on software and hardware security, maintenance, internal controls, statutory compliance, and asset safeguarding.
• Manage networks and databases to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and support teams.
• Provide input to corporate strategy and initiatives.
• Ensure reliability, integrity, and security of all systems.
• Control and maintain all IT-related assets of the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Information Systems at supervisory/management level, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word & Excel).
• Strong background in networking solutions, technical support, systems management, and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AML procedures and banking regulations.
• Experience in the finance/lending industry, with strong knowledge of risk and compliance.
