General Requirements
Proof of incomeA current job letter, contract, or proof of income from your employer and/or valid work permit, along with 2 months' pay slips. Self-employed individuals must provide proof of occupation e.g. Business Licence/Business Certificate, Proof of Business Address, and the most recent Two (2) years Audited Financial Statement and/or Six (6) months Bank Statement.
IdentificationA valid Passport along with your Social Security Card. Additional IDs may be required, such as your Antigua driver's licence, Medical Benefits Card, or National Voter's Identification Card. If your passport is lost or expired, your birth certificate is required.
Police recordRequired if you are not an Antiguan/Barbudan or citizen.
Verification of addressA utility bill e.g. water, electricity, telephone, internet or cable, not more than 3 months old. If the bill is in someone else's name, a letter from that person confirming your residency at the address, a valid copy of their ID, and the bill must be provided.
Security for larger personal loansIf a Personal loan is more than $10,000.00, security is required. If you are using land as the security, the land must be valued at more than 110% of the amount being borrowed. An updated valuation is required from our company approved valuators (J. Bradshaw or D. Parker).
Additional documentationBased on your application, the Loan Officer may request additional information or documentation to support the review process.

Vehicle Purchase Requirements
Equity injection, new vehiclesAn equity injection of 10% on new vehicles.
Equity injection, used vehiclesAn equity injection of 25% on used vehicles.
Sales invoiceA sales invoice for the vehicle being purchased.

Land Purchase Requirements
Equity injectionAn equity injection of 10% on land purchases.
Sale AgreementA Sale Agreement between the buyer and seller of the land.
Seller's proof of ownershipProof of Ownership from the seller.
Land register and title deedA copy of the land register and title deed.
Valuation, where applicableAn updated valuation from our company approved valuators (J. Bradshaw or D. Parker).
